It takes effort and knowledge to find someone else's ip address in a flash. Not on wetgenes though I can just look at their forum posts and see them right there, look u see mine?

Is that why he panicked and went BAWWWWing when I revealed his on chat? I mean, it says in the screenshot he sent that he would give it to me, I cut out the middleman.

That's basically right. It's totally okay unless the people know the IPs are easily accessible!
Flash has for the last year or so had the capability for P2P traffic.
P2P traffic requires the publication of your IP.
This is how chat roulette works and why chat roulette did not exist until recently.
If your IP is an important secret you should remove flash, otherwise it is possible for other users to find out your ip.
Not only this but all developers must pay adobe to be able to access this P2P functionality.
Which means.
FLASH IS SELLING YOUR IP!!!!
