No evidence of this gross misconduct exists, Diablo did ban one person and bork,gag quite a few and did something silly to Darkest like a gimp in the last week, but in general Diabolic is just all talk and a bit of nibble. He knows how to tweak peoples buttons without actually doing anything.
I only banned 1 new person that had attacked me before and only once and darkest got mad.
Whenever i'm banning jtab i use reg ban command to avoid banning anyone that isnt him.
Also erik is right bunni bans people all the time and we accept it since shes pregnant.
If only xix could put that link somewhere. In this thread would be very nice. The log of banning and such. In fact that should be the first thing for him to link when it comes to questions about excessive bans. Like, if his first post had that then it would address the issue directly.

however this was with only 3 bans so I don't see any real problem.
People say this sort of thing all the time, that's why we have the logs.
So feel free to link to when this happened.
