oan here's a yummy recipe for banana oat pancakes:
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 cups milk
1 cup oats
2 bananas, chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
-in blender, puree oats and milk until smooth
-add bananas, flour and baking powder and puree a few seconds more
-heat a bit of cooking oil in large nonstick pan, pour batter, and cook on medium heat till airbubbles appear, then flip
