As part of the GamesLab Leeds programme, we are running a game jam with the theme of 'Yorkshire'.
The 2 day jam will take place over the weekend on 23rd - 24th of February 2019.
We've got zine workshops, live streaming and game showcases happening throughout the event.
The Game Jam is open to anyone!
We encourage you to join even if you don't make or play games.
This is a great opportunity to meet up with other local people and make games about the best place in the UK... YORKSHIRE.
Equipment is not provided, so please bring your own laptops/stationery with you. There are plenty of plugs and extension cables on hand, as well as wifi.

Please us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
There are also plenty of cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, we're happy to recommend.
Venue provided by 30 Chapel Street.
Long-term collaborators, the Bradford-based duo are both self taught and fierce believers of simple, open and accessible tech. They seek to demystify and share their knowledge with those as curious.
Their recent work explored ideas within neuroscience and synaesthesia, an interactive installation experimenting with sound through touch, visuals and movement via augmented reality using sand, commissioned by the National Science and Media Museum and Southbank Centre, London.
Games will be judged by Creative England, with prizes awarded for winners.
Games will be published on itch with the intended purpose of the public being able to play and test them.
